In about a month from now, I will be a first-time aunt! Commence the spoiling. No seriously. Now I can finally buy those baby things that I secretly wished they had in my size or that I wished would be socially appropriate for an adult to own. And as I was Christmas shopping this season, I kept seeing all of these cuuuute things I wanted to get future baby X; and that next year, I’ll be shopping for an almost one year old! How crazy is that.
My sister-in-law will be having a boy. She was worried about “my lil’ slugger” onesies and Transformers pajamas, which I would be to. Not my bag. Or hers. So I’m making a different ‘boyish’ style (whatever that means. I’d dress a girl in this stuff too.)
So my style for baby nephew X is ‘wild west’ baby. That’s right. He whittles his own pacifiers, drinks hot cowboy coffee (w/milk) under the open night sky and can spot a buffalo from across the range.
